Dual speed Adjusters are factory style high/low adjuster assemblies for forks. Independent adjusters dial in initial plushness and bottoming resistance. Custom Valve Bodies

Pistons are CNC machined for billet 6061 aluminum then anodized. Our pistons give much greater control of oil flow. This allows us to properly tune for all riding conditions. This is the ONLY way to go with most 80-100cc forks….......from $99

Anti-Bottoming System

Rubber bumper bottoming systems have very little “give”, resulting in a sudden jolt. This anti-bottoming kit replaces the rubber bumper system with our 2.5" hydraulic system. The system eliminates fork bottoming by slowing the cartridge rod bottoming piston progressively, 2.5" before the end of travel resulting in a plusher, more progressive feel..............$159.99

EBR Internal Pressure Springs

Available in several rates to fit most Showa and Kayaba forks

The internal pressure system inside of a Showa or Kayaba cylinder cartridge controls the compression characteristics of the fork. Most Showa and Kayaba forks have a pressure spring that is too stiff and hinders their ability to soak up small choppy bumps. These springs allow the option of the correct cartridge pressure for each rider and application providing a much plusher ride. Emulators

Available for KX60/65 and RM80

Damping rod forks are notorious for being both too harsh and too easy to bottom. This is the nature of damping rod fixed orifice forks. Emulators make damping rod forks perform like speed sensitive cartridge forks. Emulators are tunable valves that sit on top of the damping rods. This makes them both simple to install and completely tunable for all conditions and rider preferences……....$139.99

Internal Bleed Systems

The Internal Bleed System improves fork damping by keeping the oil free of air. This is a non-circulating cartridge system in which oil is expelled and drawn from the bottom of the cartridge. Stock systems circulate oil up the cartridge rod and back into the cartridge tube where it mixes with air and thins out, resulting in oil fade after a few minutes of riding. The Internal Bleed System is CNC machined and fits 46 and 43 mm Kayaba upside down motocross forks.....$99.99

Adjustable Rebound Kit

Available for ‘98-‘07 KX80-100, ‘94-‘97 YZ80 and ‘95-‘00 KDX200/220

This rebound adjuster kit includes all parts required to convert the forks to adjustable rebound (22 clicks). The system allows for fork rebound adjustment to fine tune for spring rates and track conditions. These are a MUST for any serious rider.…......$199.99

Adjustable air sub-tanks

These sub-tanks are the best available. They feature an adjustable, speed-sensitive valve to tune bottoming control and harshness. They also have stainless steel high-pressure lines, bleed fittings and carbon fiber and aluminum bodies. The sub-tanks mount neatly behind the front number plate and attach to the top of each fork. WP bladder kit

Available for KTM125-450s

WP shocks use a floating piston in the nitrogen reservoir to make room for fluid that the shaft displaces as it enters the shock body during compression. The stock piston has a tendency to drag and hesitate causing the shock to deflect on sharp hits. This bladder system compresses instantly to make room for the shaft allowing the shock to soak up choppy conditions………..$60.00
