All engines are mass produced by the manufacturer resulting in exaggerated tolerances and mismatched porting; therefore, every engine can be improved. EBR's engine services maintain the widest possible power-band while enhancing the power delivery in areas preferred by the rider. Countless hours of dyno runs, computer design software and years of testing ensure that EBR engine specs provide optimum performance.

Our engine work is thorough and precise!  Our professionals have a vast machine shop and job-specific tooling allow us to offer  almost any service.  We are unique with the only seat/guide machine and super finish process in-house. We supply suggested jetting, reeds and exhaust systems with each engine modification.

BRONZE COMPOSITE VALVE SEAT INSTALLATION .... $100 per seat

Remove OEM seats and install bronze composite valve seats found in many Factory heads.  Machine for optimum flow to provide more compatibility with titanium valves, prevent seat deterioration common with highly oxygenated fuels and dissipate heat more quickly resulting in a more reliable, cooler running engine (includes all seats needed for complete head).


BRONZE COMPOSITE VALVE GUIDE INSTALLATION ... $75 per guide

Remove OEM guides and install bronze composite valve guides found in Factory heads.  Size to valve to dissipate heat more quickly resulting in a more reliable, cooler running engine (includes all guides needed for complete head).


TRANSMISSION SUPER FINISHING.......................................$299

Debur and polish transmission and primary gears to a super finish.  This process is highest quality vibratory process involving abrasive media and chemicals that was designed by the military.  Superfinish eliminates much of the fiction between parts to lower the operating temperature and reduces drag to increase horsepower to the rear wheel.

This kit is the fastest CR112 Supermini available.  American Honda's Lance Vincent got on the podium in 2 classes at Loretta Lynn National and won countless motos on this engine.  Many hours of research and development and track setting all settings derived at this winning combination.


2012 CRF 150R ......................... $1,500

This kit adds 5hp and 500RPM - makes the already strong mini extremely responsive and super fast - eliminates bogging and erratic idle.  This is the CRF150R that American Honda's Lance Vincent beat Tomac at Mammoth National to win his 1st National Championship and Andrew Pierce won several titles on.


2012 CRF 250R ..................... Call

This kit adds up to 9 horsepower with improved reliability and increased power everywhere and revs quickly to 13,900RPM.  This is the engine that AMA Pro Lance Vincent pulled top starts on all season and run in 2nd positional on several occasions.

This kit provides maximum horsepower and torque with quicker revving and much improved reliability.  This is the engine that Privateer Kyle Gills stacked up Holeshots in the AMA Pro SX Series in 2009.  

Reliability is a major concern with the KXF 250.  The first thing that we do is correct all of the obvious problems in the head and valve train with stronger materials and increased oil flow.  We then get a huge power increase from 4000 rpm to 13000 rpm with precise machine work and the perfect combination of performance parts.
